Consultation:
Phone consultations are specifically for
clients who have confirmed their stay and
is part of our Flagship Program, The Annapurna
Protocol. This single consultation gives
you a rundown of what you can do to better
prepare for your experience here at The
Annapurna Center for Self Healing. We are

Reflexology:
This ancient Egyptian healing modality
is an evaluative tool which accesses points
reflexing (each point refers to a specific
part of the body/mind to every part of the
body. This enhances circulation, nerve supply
and provides profound relaxation. Research
shows that reflexology alleviets Post Traumatic
Stress Disorder (PSD), premenstrual
disorder and other conditions.

Massage benefits include: enhanced circulation,
greater mobility, relief of pain, and therefore
deep relaxation.

Cranio/Sacral Therapy
Cranio/Sacral Therapy, as taught by the
Dr. John Upledger Institute, frees up restrictions
from inside the body. As we age or injure
ourselves the fascial tissue shrinks to
fit, thus reducing mobility as well as aggravating
pain. Cranio Sacral Therapy reduces inflammation
by directing the cerebral spinal fluid in
a specific manner. This creates an opening
for greater mobility, flexibility and pain
relief. At the onset of a migraine, one
can arrest the impending headache by a very
simple, learned technique that we can teach
you at The Annapurna. This is called 'self
care' according to the Upledger Institute.
